This is the best book on learning I have read. The authors pull from deep research to recommend practical tips and frameworks for thinking about education. The book is directed at professors learning to teach and reads a little like a textbook, but it is information rich. The summary of this book really does not do it justice. The genius is in the specific nuanced understanding of how learning works and many minor and intriguing little shifts in thinking.
