Review

A well-written case study of the true power of habits extending into individuals, companies, and society. This book strongly hints at the unspoken underside of our mind where all these unconscious decisions are being made. This book dispels the myth that the actions of individuals, companies, and society are well-planned, rationalized, and then executed. In reality, we often end up with these rigid habits that once served a purpose. Amazing case studies and stories that are cast into the mold of habits. While some of these stories are perhaps stretched to fit the mold, they are nonetheless interesting and insightful into the organization of individuals and organizations. Small changes in our lives can have powerful effects in our lives and this encourages and compels you to take the small first step to analyze and change yourself.
