Review
An absolutely amazing and succinct book offering not only a business philosophy but some applicable examples. The author does an excellent job of understanding the background of the average reader and leads them to understand his own conclusion. The listed examples are compelling case studies and are great illustrators of the conclusions. I really wish I had read this book sooner as I asked myself questions like "How do I know I made the right PM decision?" or "When should we release?" and this book provides good answers. A minor complaint is the book's message is fairly vague serving more as a lens and measuring stick then a rulebook. Though the book is clearly for entrepreneurs, I actually highly recommend it to anyone as I see the lessons are actually general enough to be applied to a wide range of things including one's own life.
