GoodreadsReview
A nice short book about the mental game of getting in the zone. Though the focus is on tennis, it is definitely applicable to life in general. Great ideas that the author supports with examples and experience as a tennis coach. Your mind can be an enemy as can an assessment of yourself and this book is a shining example of that narrative. While short, I feel like this book could have been more if not just a focus on tennis. But, an all-around great read for everyone who has a mind that gets in the way, so everyone.
