Haven't you always want to know how to fire executives or motivate employees? Neither have I. This book is targeted at the rare successful entrepreneur, which isn't me. If I was this book would be physical gold offering amazing, succinct advice that would improve countless companies. The introduction is an absolute banger of struggle, triumph, and business. And I love those gangster intros Horowitz put in. My biggest takeaway is to "take care of people, products, and profits in that order." It is so beneficial to be straightforward and fair with employees. What is a company if not a group of organized people?
