Review
Modern Romance overviews the modern dating and marriage scene with a surprising amount of research and case studies. Basically, summaries of different facets of relationships and case studies/quotes illustrating different ways to romance. Aziz makes light hearted jokes about those little quirks of romance that don't make sense. More humorous than hilarious and data than analysis. This book is a fun short read, but without major insights and extreme rigor which I guess you can expect from a comedian's romance book. If you like Aziz Ansari and if you get the Audible Audiobook where Aziz Ansari gives a clever rendition of this book, then this is 4 stars.
